An Experiment With Gradients
This is the first screenprint in a large series of prints I’m currently working on.
The idea behind the series was an experiment and exploration into halftones, I wanted to find out just how much detail can be retained and how fine a gradient can be produced, using different paints and papers.
This one if printed with gold liquid metal on 250gsm Bristol board paper printed using a 120T screen. The photographs really don’t do the print justice on how much the gold pops and shimmers off the page.

Been working on a as yet untitled typeface which I’m hoping to use in some up and coming screen prints. I think I’ve settled on this for the lower case & ligatures, but I’m always interested in feedback if anyone has any?

Today I finally scanned in some film taken around two years ago. It’s pretty refreshing to look at shots taken so long ago, and it’s amazing how one or two photos can make you remember the day.
