Experiment
A little experiment in Photoshop. I tend to find messing around with things like this allows me to think of new ideas to develop, or ideas to introduce into future work.

Aberdeen Beach
One last shot from last night. This was long after the sun had set and I had started packing up to head home, and the shimmer of the moon caught my eye
Another recent identity I created, this time for the collective The Happy Accident Collective which is the name Adrian and myself use for our collaborations. I wanted to create a mark for the identity as I think the name would have been too long. I tried to create something which was slightly abstract on first look, but then you can see the H and A on a closer glance.
I was recently approached to create an identity for London and Norfolk based band Light Parades. They wanted a straight to the point type based logo which reflected their style of music.
Raku
Two shots from the Raku kiln firing demonstration yesterday at Mill Farm, Kemnay as part of NEOS
Screen Printing at Peacocks Visual Art
It’s at the final stages for our NEOS events, so I (Levi) decided to take the opportunity to get some snaps of Adrian in the studio.
If you’re in Aberdeen, we both have NEOS exhibitions starting on Saturday 15th until Sunday 23rd. Adrian will be at Project Slogan (Langstane Place), and I (Levi) will be at Junction Art (Holburn Street [at the roundabout before Broomhill road]). Come along!

Victorian House
I posted the original version of this previously, unsure if it was finished or if I was happy with it. With a few slight tweaks, I think I’m happy with it.
CircleCircleCircle
A one colour, gold, print on black BFK paper. The design is built up completely of tiny little dots (halftones).
The digital version pales in comparison to the screen print as replicating the shimmering gold is difficult.
A little behind the print / future series:
“It’s the start of an exhibition series which I’m looking to finish off. The idea behind it came from experimenting with halftones when I did my ‘Deery Me’ print, and wanted to see where I could push it to. Mix that with my slight obsession with geometric shapes and that’s what got it started. Hoping to have them all finished by the end of the year”
